We can choose what style of yoga fits for us each day.
Some days it’s Vinyasa, some days Hatha, some days chair, some days restorative, some days it’s simply lying on your mat in Savasana. The important part is to return to your mat.
I became a teacher because what I discovered was too good not to share,
and I look forward to sharing and growing my own practice along side of you.
