There is no "one-size- fits-all" in nutrition. Just as we are all unique beings, I believe in a bioindividual approach to finding one's optimal nutrition plan. Naturally, there are certain foods that negatively impact everyone's health - like processed foods and sugar. However, some "healthy" foods are not healthy for everyone. In fact, they can be quite the opposite.
